Jaxrock is located in Jacksonville, Florida, and is based on a concept created several years ago by Matt Martin. The idea was to create a center of band, venue and fan publicity that was free and easy to use. Jaxrock has undergone frequent instability and changes to finally find itself in its current incarnation, where it plans to stay.

Currently supported by the success of Jaxrock Radio and Enemy Radio (podcasting websites), Jaxrock’s public face is run primarily by Amii Kennedy, with technical and design support still provided by Matt Martin. Jaxrock is still very active in the local, independent music community, and now spans three major sites: jaxrock.com, jaxrockradio.com and enemyradio.com.

Jaxrock is a home for local Jacksonville, Florida music. All bands, venues and fans are welcome to hang their hats here. Enjoy, and keep rocking.
